About Elise

Elise has been a teacher since 2006, working in primary and secondary schools across the country, delivering Maths, English, PE and Expressive Arts to young people in mixed, single-sex, grammar and comprehensive settings.

She has been a Head of Department, Head of Faculty, Form tutor, Centre of Excellence Football Coach and is now a Facilitator for adults and young people, helping them to identify what makes them unique and what they need to succeed.

As well as enjoying working with people 1-2-1, Elise continues to teach so that she can investigate and embed this work in her classroom practice.

Join Elise on the upcoming webinar about how teenagers can use 1-2-1 facilitation to not only survive in a modern world but thrive.

Morphise is not only available for individual teachers looking to invest in themselves and their career, but also whole school faculties who want to address staff retention, engagement, and the role of self-knowledge in the classroom. learn more here

What we Cover

Every Morphiser, no matter why they come to us, will be offered the time and space to:

  • Get to know themselves on a deeper, more authentic level.
  • Understand their actions, reactions and where those things come from.
  • Clarify the things they want to do and the people they want to be.

At Morphise, every participant will find space for curious thinking, meaning they can take risks and explore their potential.

This means that whatever our young people learn about themselves, they know the outcomes are personal and not clouded by the biases of an adult.

Whatever the adults learn will be based on intrinsic evidence, a reflection of their own beliefs, and not driven by anyone else but them.

How do we do it?

We use two distinct modalities at Morphise to help Young Adults and Educators;

Clean Language

Clean Language is a set of 10 questions which use a person’s own words to formulate the next line of enquiry and allows them to explore the unique way that they see the world. It was developed by counselling psychologist, David Grove.

Grove understood that people often think and communicate in metaphors and recognised that we use metaphors to explain our unconscious worlds and so developed Clean Language to allow them to be explored without bias or external input.

Today, the questions are used in many areas of life, from the classroom to the boardroom, or from family to therapy, because what they offer is a chance to understand our unique experiences and to communicate them in such a way that they can augment perceptions, or even allow for change.

Ultimate Contribution Uncovered

Ultimate Contribution Uncovered is a one-on-one process in which a trained facilitator guides you through eight stages of self-discovery. The pathway is delivered via eight live one-on-one calls and a bespoke online learning platform that provides videos, resources and support through each stage of the journey. This intensive process requires courage but will help you to bring your true nature into the world.

UCU can help you uncover and reclaim your authentic nature, letting you step into a life that feels both peaceful and exhilarating. A life where you no longer have to pretend to be something or someone you are not. A life that is aligned with your values and that enables you to take ownership of your gifts.

Common questions

Morphise is an introduction to self-awareness, self-knowledge and self-reliance.

We can help if a young person is feeling overwhelmed by an avalanche of adults’ well-meaning ideas about what they should be doing with their life.

We can help if an educator or any stakeholder in a young person’s life is confused about how to help them on this autonomous journey.

We can help if any other adult wants to explore their values.

We can help if any school or institution wants to learn more about how to implement these techniques.

Young adults and education professionals.

We are for 13-to-18 year olds who want to know more about themselves and make informed and intentional decisions about their future. These are young people who recognise that they are full of potential and want to find ways to harness, realise and enjoy that potential in fulfilling and meaningful ways.

We are for any Educator who has a vested interest in how to better relate to and encourage those young people. These are Educators who will understand more about themselves and how they show up in the classroom or any other space.

Therapists are (sometimes medically trained) practitioners who diagnose and work through mental health issues and difficulties. A certified facilitator is trained to use that understanding to create a future and assist people in their personal development.

We are acutely aware that there are many different types of therapy and we can’t speak to them all. If you want to discuss this then please get in touch.

Educators are our main focus but any adult (whether a stakeholder in a Young Adult’s life or not) can benefit, mindset training is for everyone. After all, wouldn’t the world be a richer place if we all knew ourselves and each other on a deeper level?

Elise is on a mission to encourage personal development in schools, colleges and universities, and to create more self-knowledge in the classroom for both adults and young people.

She therefore provides bespoke training to individual educators, entire faculties and senior leadership teams and is happy to present these concepts to governors and decision-makers.

Get in touch today to explain your interest in this work so that we can make a plan together.
