Imagine a time when the frontline workers in education fully understand why they’re there, what drives them, what brings them fulfilment and what their unique contribution is.

The world has moved on quite a lot since the Victorian education system and as we embark on a technological revolution can we say it has changed that much?

Whilst we all see that excellent work is being done to try and update it on a school-by-school basis, it’s no secret that teachers, senior leaders and pastoral teams are breaking their backs to try and provide a multi-faceted service to our young people.

Our hands are tied by an out-of-date vision for education….but there is a way forward.
