I was more sure on what I wanted to take for GCSE. I am also more motivated to work hard now I feel sure of what I want to work towards. At school we have talks and quizzes to try and help us figure out what we want to be, but it feels a bit pointless because I know what I want to be. Whereas your process is much more specific and includes working out details for where you want to be, how you want to be, who you want to be.

Through Morphise I started engaging in better routines, it helped me be more organised and I started to ask for help more. Morphise felt more personalised and useful [than other things I've tried]. I think that it would help young people understand more about themselves and how to improve their lives for the better.

I was floundering and I needed guidance. I didn't know if I was on the right path. [I came out with] the understanding of who I am, what makes me tick, and the ability to share that with people. The course has given me a framework to use, and an understanding of myself I find invaluable. Elise was excellent in unpicking things, and testing out exactly what it is that makes me, me.

My whole life I adapted myself to, not only social situations, but my clients too. The Ultimate Contribution programme gave me the tools to discover my true authentic self and be totally confident with who I am. To call how I feel now an improvement would be an understatement, it was revolutionary.

I came into the UCU program depressed and desperately searching for something more in my life. I had this void that I couldn’t seem to fill. I went through the process and it was one of the most impactful experiences of my life. I emerged, with a renewed zest for life, full of excitement for the future.

I not only learned about what I value but I learnt a whole lot about other people’s values and how that directly impact my relationships with them.

I would highly recommend. Before I began the programme, I was a shadow of the person I am now, I had so many negative thoughts and was full of anxiety. It has changed me as a person and I feel like I’ve grown as an individual which has been noticed by close friends and family.
